SHE IS TO BE RESPECTED. SHE IS TO BE VALUED. SHE IS TO BE CELEBRATED. BECAUSE SHE IS MORE.

IIX puts women at the center of all of our work and is an advocate for the global recognition of the value of women across all spaces – from financial markets to art canvases – because we know that SHE IS MORE. Join us in celebrating and empowering women globally by supporting our SHE IS MORE Youth Art Competition and the SHE IS MORE Art Exhibition and Opening Night Celebration.

This competition and exhibition will allow youths of any gender to share their voice and become an advocate for a more inclusive world by creating a personal piece of art celebrating the spirit of women.

YOUTH ART COMPETITION

GLOBAL | FEB-APR 2019

The value of a woman, like art, is beyond what the eye can see. To celebrate the spirit of everyday women, we invite youth and budding artists to submit visual or performance art that captures their interpretation of our theme SHE IS MORE.

About IIX Foundation

MISSION TO BUILD A MORE INCLUSIVE WORLD

IIX Foundation is a 501(c)3 organization dedicated to building a more inclusive world as the foundation for sustainable peace. As a community of defiant optimists, we take a new approach to building a more peaceful, inclusive and sustainable future by addressing the root causes of inequality and injustice in the world today that lead to conflict. We believe that peace must be built by valuing and empowering everyone – especially those excluded from existing systems – to be a part of the solution for a sustainable world.

Proceeds from the SHE IS MORE art auction, ticket sales, and sponsorships will go to IIX Foundation to support our work empowering underserved women. We do this by supporting the growth of high-impact enterprises that advance women’s leadership, empowerment and livelihoods as well as by mobilizing society-wide support through women-centered innovative financial mechanisms, advocacy and education.
