Mani Sabapathi, CFA, FSA, is a Principal and portfolio manager for PGIM Fixed Income’s Global Team. Mr. Sabapathi’s primary focus is on global portfolio management, including allocation across sectors and countries, and developing volatility-based strategies in credit, fx and interest rate derivative products. Prior to his current role, Mr. Sabapathi was an investment strategist in our Global Investment Strategy Team since 2012, prior to which he was an analyst in structured products since 1997, most recently heading up mortgage credit research. In April 2008, Mr. Sabapathi was nominated for “Investor of the Year” by Total Securitization magazine, a division of Institutional Investor. Mr. Sabapathi served on the Board of Directors for the American Securitization Forum (ASF) from 2006 through 2011.

Mr. Sabapathi received a BS in Economics from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and a BS in Systems Engineering and an MS in Computer Science from the University of Pennsylvania. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA).
