Joseph T. Yurcik is currently an owner of Yurcik & Co., a consultancy. Previously Joe was COO & CFO at TheaterMania.com (“TM”) through its merger with AudienceView. Additionally, through Ovation-Tix, TM provides primary online ticketing software through a Software as a Service (“SaaS”) platform to venues and event producers. Prior to joining TM, Joe was CFO at eHealth Made EASY, a SaaS based provider of Health IT. Joe has over 30 years of experience in advising and raising capital for both emerging and large companies engaged in transformational technologies. Joe was a founding partner of Groton Partners, a merchant bank; a Managing Director and Head of Transaction Execution at Wasserstein Perella; and a senior member of the TMT and Merger and Acquisition Groups at Lehman Brothers. Joe holds a BS and an MBA from New York University.
