
GEORGE GREEN
George Green is currently Founder and Investment Professional at Pluribus Capital Management, which focuses on acquiring and managing industry leading media properties with high growth potential. He is a Member of the Advisory Council at Lumia Capital, as well as Co-Chair of the Yale School of Management Council of Global Advisors. Previously, George served as both President and CEO of Hearst Magazines International (HMI) at Hearst Magazines Corporation. George also served as President and Chief Operating Officer of New Yorker Magazine, with a 22-year career that encompassed nearly every phase of the magazines operations. George was the 1998 recipient of The Henry Johnson Fisher Award, which is the publishing community’s highest accolade and honors a magazine leader for significant and long-standing contributions to the publishing industry. In 1999, he was the recipient of The ACE International Publishing Personality of the Year Award and, in 2004, the Marco Polo Award from the U.S.-China Foundation for International Exchanges in China. Mr. Green earned his BA at Yale University.
