Program Analyst / Associate


IIX is looking for an Analyst/Associate for various programs and initiatives. The analyst/Associate must be a proven leader with an eye for detail and a desire to make a difference. The successful candidate must be an excellent writer, a critical thinker, and an energetic team player. The Analyst/Associate will manage all aspects of IIX programs, including liaising with the various technical assistance providers, donor agencies, corporate foundations, and social enterprises. The Analyst/Associate may also contribute to the technical content and design of the program, as applicable. He/she will be expected to create and direct new business opportunities, provide strategic business planning, including exploring and executing grant funding and other revenue opportunities. The Analyst /Associate will be a proactive member of a high performing team that together is responsible for meeting mission and fundraising goals.

Credit Portfolio Management


IIX seeks both a Credit Portfolio Management Analyst/Associate who will lead/support the credit process for IIX’s lending products, including its existing and future Women’s Livelihood Bond loan portfolios. The successful candidates will be involved in both monitoring the performance of existing loan portfolios for outstanding bond instruments and for identifying and analyzing prospective new borrowers as IIX expands its lending activities.

Impact Partners Analyst/Associate


IIX seeks an analyst/associate to join the Impact Partners division of IIX. The analyst/associate will work with the team in the Singapore Headquarters to work with social enterprises to effectively raise capital while building and engaging a network of Impact Investors that are actively looking to invest in social enterprises through IIX’s platforms. The role will also require originating SE investment opportunities for IIX platforms.

2019 IIX Young Analysts Program

This program is open to final year undergraduate and graduate level students from any field of study, and is ideally suited to those with little or no work experience but with a heartful of passion to change the world for better.
