As Program Manager of the IIRV Project, my work is all about empowering social impact businesses (SIBs) in Vietnam. We provide training, build capacity, and raise awareness about impact investment, helping SIBs—especially those in underserved areas—become more investment-ready. What makes me most proud is seeing these businesses change their mindset, absorb new knowledge, and apply it in real ways.

My work is all about making sure the women at the last mile—the ones we’re actually trying to impact—aren’t just seen, but truly heard and celebrated. In everything we do, especially our communications, we make sure they’re front and center, because they deserve a voice in the system that often overlooks them. I had the chance to speak directly with women in Indonesia, and their grit and strength in the face of so many barriers really stuck with me.
Marketing and Communications
I work across the Women's Livelihood Bond Series and Orange Movement in Indonesia and specifically focus on the mobilising of capital and raising of funds to distribute for good. The most rewarding part of our work is being able to influence the top level of capital mobilisation and regulation with governments and investors but to be able to see the impact on the ground and hear stories of the women impacted by our work. Speaking to women in remote communities across Cambodia and Indonesia and hearing their stories adds a real human element to what we do.

What excites me the most about being part of IIX is the opportunity to push the boundaries of traditional finance and build new models that redefine how capital flows to high-impact enterprises.
